Microsart® e.jet Fluid Pump

The Microsart® e.jet flow pump is capable of creating a sufficient amount of vacuum for vacuum filtration and simultaneous transfer of filtered liquid to waste. Sartorius pumps are adapted for easy maintenance for efficient and reliable filtration. The complete product range is intended for filtration systems up to a total of six units. Sartorius pumps use state-of-the-art technology, and robustness is one of their best features. The flow of the Microsart® e.jet pump is 3.5 Nl/min.

Microsart® e.jet is a new vacuum laboratory pump that can create sufficient vacuum for vacuum filtration and simultaneous transfer of filtered liquid to waste. The Microsart® e.jet portable pump is ideal for filtering samples in microbiology by achieving a trans membrane pressure of 600 mbar and a flow rate of > 3.5 Nl/min (3.5 standardized air displacement of air in one minute). Constant flow rates and a defined maximum vacuum guarantee reliable filtration. Vacuum membrane filtration equipment consists of a number of parts, including fittings, pipes, vacuum vessels, a protective filter, a Woulff bottle, and a vacuum pump.

Complete traditional equipment requires much more laboratory space and takes a lot of time to operate and maintain. The new Microsart® e.jet portable pump greatly reduces workflow complexity. The Microsart® e.jet pump is the ideal accessory for filtration systems with 1 and 3 units. Traditional vacuum pumps often lose their efficiency and ability to create sufficient vacuum when liquid is drawn into the pump head. Microsart® e.jet is designed for pumping both gas and liquid, which means that there is no loss of efficiency or failure due to water drawn into the pump head.
