Pressure filters offer exceptional flexibility as they can be used in conjunction with fluid flow and control systems, enabling line filtration rather than just the ultimate filtration often found in vacuum systems.
The advantages of Sartolab® P20 pressure filters are:

- ready to use and sterilized with ethylene oxide
The combination of a large filter area (20 cm2) and automatic irradiation applies to all versions with surfactant-free cellulose acetate membranes. Automatic irradiation of any gas through ventilation openings protected by a PTFE membrane ensures that the entire surface of the pressure filter is efficient for filtration. The Sartolab P20 version of the PES membrane filter does not come with irradiation openings and is suitable for aqueous solutions and solvent mixtures. The total filtration volume can be doubled thanks to the integrated Sartolab® P20 Plus version of the binder-free fiberglass pre-filter.
